This modern crate gives your lovely pets their own modern, comfort and safe space. Sliding door is very convenient, especially if you don't have a lot of space. The door slides easily and fixes in closed position with a latch, so your pet can't open it. The crate can be used as a bedside table. It's absolutely strong for placing goods, flower pots etc. It can be equipped with DRAWERS at the request.

The construction of the crate on three sides is formed by slits that serve as ventilation holes, as well as light windows, making the space inside well ventilated and lit. In addition, the slits allow the animal to observe what is happening around right from its hiding place - so they feel protected while being aware of the events around them.

It ships unassembled. Depending on your country shipping restrictions large size may consist from two parts! Assembling with pre made holes and screws, we include stickers to cover screws from outside!

IMPORTANT: the rail system can be sensitive to strong shocks and intensive scratches. So, if your pet is strong, but not crate trained and will try to get out intensively, push the door, jump and scratch strongly, this may cause going the door off the rail. After an adjustment may be required. If such behavior is standard for your pet you should better choose one of the models with hinged door to guarantee stabile work.

PAINTING
The crate on the outside is covered with a matte paint on a water basis. PRIMARY color is the color of the roof and sides, front and back panels are not painted, just plain plywood. CLEAR color means that the house comes without painting, just plywood with transparent coating.
For CUSTOM color choose anyone from colour directory. For ALL OVER PAINTING place information in customization field.
For painting, Finnish water based paint Tikkurilla is used. The paint after drying is odorless, harmless, free of chemical active substances.

Another variation is WOOD STAIN. In this case the crate on the outside and inside is covered with a wood color stain. It gives a look of natural wood and emphasizes wood texture.
You can choose CUSTOM COLOR from the range in the picture in the listing.
For painting, Austrian water based stain is used. The paint after drying is odourless, harmless, free of chemical active substances.

ADDING PET NAME
We can add the name of your pet on the front panel of the crate or on the door. We use black or white acrylic letters for the name.

CUSHION
The crate comes with a cushion. Standardly cotton beige cushion is included. Cover is not removable, but you can wash the cushion in washing machine. You can also order cover with zipper for your cushion, using the listing from our shop.

The main purpose: a bed, a house, a crate for small/middle/large dogs.

The crate "Dordrecht" is made of polished plywood of the highest quality, 12 mm thick.
It's waterproof so you can clean it with water. Can be used indoor and outdoor (but not in the open).
