Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing pesto-store.com! Below you’ll find the terms and conditions that apply to our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and recommend allowing extra time for delivery. In case of any significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping to the USA, UK  and all Europe.

Shipping fees to other regions will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery time may vary and occasional delays can occur due to logistics circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, with the exception of those located in the USA.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

pesto-store.com is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country.

These costs are the customer’s responsibility, including customs clearance procedures, if required.

For customers in the United States  and most  European countries, we ship orders on  DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — this means  all customs duties and taxes are covered, and  you won’t need to pay anything upon delivery.

Please note that DDP service is not available for every country.

If you would like to confirm the customs rules for your specific destination, just send  us a request, and we will provide all details  as quickly as possible.

To avoid unexpected charges, we also recommend checking the latest rates on your country’s official customs website or other reliable sources. 

Damages

Please report any transport damage immediately so that we can resolve it with the transport service provider. Please send us a description of the damage, as well as photos of the damage, the damaged box and the shipping label to info@petso-store.com

Important: Transport damages must also be reported directly to the respective national shipping carrier. A claim can only be processed if the report is submitted to them within the required time frame.

In case of damage do not assemble or alter the item before we provide instructions regarding the next steps. Please retain all original packaging and the damaged product, as they may be required for insurance claims.
