What a great piece of furniture. Well crafted, stylish and easy to put together. The seller was wonderful in keeping us updated along with sending building instructions that included pictures. We have had it for about a month now and our senior dog is loving her new space!!

First up, it's beautiful. It's thoughtfully crafted, was assembled seamlessly, and the material usage is top notch. Kseniya was super responsive, sent quick follow up to help me make decisions and feel comfortable making such an investment into a dog crate-- and it was worth every penny. She packed it up with such care its long trip did not show on the product. Now all I have to do is convince Gemma to get into it:)!
This is a great item. We absolutely love it. It did not take that long to put together, but an illustration or instructions would've been helpful.
Great service from the seller, love the professional and “human” interaction vs the transactional salesy shop owner.. The packaging was perfect, very well packed. My 12 year old daughter put it together in about 30 minutes. There was one screw that didn't fit so we will need to use a screwdriver gun to screw it in, otherwise seamless! Beautiful and quality design! Best dog crate I've seen out in the market. My 15 pound Aussie fits perfectly in it.
This crate is so beautifully made and looks perfect in our house. Our new pup took to it right away. It's sturdy and so easy to put together (I did it with help from my kids). We had the front painted black, too. Kseniya was so responsive and helpful when I asked questions in the run-up to buying it and it arrived a week and a half early. If you read other reviews, you'll not some comments on the packaging. Yes, there is a lot of wrap, and yes there is styrofoam. As an owner you have to make a choice- have packages arriving all beat up ensuring unhappy customers or package the item meticulously so it arrives unscathed. The latter is no easy feat when shipping internationally.
Assembly took about 1/2 hour. All parts fit perfectly and all pre-drilled holes were precise.
My dog is not one to push on the door so I cannot speak to its durability.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
