Excellent house and great service
This crate is so pretty! We got largest size for my golden retriever. Shipping was quick and it was easy to put together by watching video. So much better than our old crate and my dog loves it!

Item is exactly as pictured and assembly was super easy. Only issue was one screw lock was broken so when I tried to lock it, it resisted and resulted in damage on the roof panel. It's still beautiful though. Packaging was great for preventing damage during shipment but resulted in a lot of garbage. Still a great product though, and arrived sooner than expected. Highly recommend as an excellent alternative to traditional cage crates.

I love the design of this and it's really straight forward to put together with the instructions. Has already proven to be high quality. The one issue I had is that the nails are really difficult to get in, and some of the holes that help the nails screw in were missing from the bottom piece on mine. But other than that great item.
