I would have expected to pay over a thousand in the U.S. for a piece of furniture this well-made. From the smooth polished wood, satin paint (the color of which you can customize), and high-quality elegant hardware (special elbow joints I have never seen before), the engineering and production of this item is exceptional. The package arrived so well insulated, it took me longer to unpack than to do the install — and everything arrived in perfect condition. Petso sent me a video that easily demonstrated how to put the pieces together. This item exceeds any competitor crates on the market. I simply adore this crate and 100% would buy again.

I love the design of this and it's really straight forward to put together with the instructions. Has already proven to be high quality. The one issue I had is that the nails are really difficult to get in, and some of the holes that help the nails screw in were missing from the bottom piece on mine. But other than that great item.
